No, walk in any time we are open. But if you are looking at engagement rings or bringing something to sell, calling ahead means we can set aside time and have pieces ready for you.
Can I see something from the website in the Columbia store?

Do you do repairs in store?
Yes, with our own jeweler. Batteries, bands, sizing and most small repairs are usually same day. Larger restoration work we will quote you on before anything starts.
Will you buy my gold or my watch?
Yes. Bring it in and we will weigh and test it in front of you, explain what you have, and make a written offer. Payment the same day if you accept, and no pressure if you do not.
