Common Questions

How much is my Rolex worth?

It depends on the reference number, condition, age, and whether you still have the box and papers. Sport models such as the Submariner, GMT-Master II, Daytona and Explorer generally command the strongest offers. Bring it in and we will tell you exactly what we can pay, free and with no obligation.

Do I need the box and papers?

No. We buy watches with or without the original box and paperwork. Having them does increase what we can offer, so bring them if you have them.

Will you buy a Rolex that needs service?

Yes. We buy watches that are not running, are scratched, or need a full service. We factor the cost of restoration into the offer and explain it to you openly.

How fast do I get paid?

Same day. Bring the watch to either store, we appraise it while you wait, and if you accept the offer you are paid before you leave.

Is this a pawn shop loan?

No. This is an outright purchase. We are a family-owned jewelry store, not a pawn shop, and we are not offering a loan against your watch.

What do I need to bring?

The watch, any box and papers you have, and a valid government-issued photo ID. Texas and Maryland both require us to record ID for secondhand purchases.

Do you buy brands other than Rolex?
