CAD Fee — Custom Jewelry Design.

This is a one-time computer-aided design (CAD) fee for custom jewelry and pendant projects. Your dedicated jeweler will create a detailed 3D CAD rendering of your piece for approval before production.

This fee is non-refundable.

• Shipping method and cost are calculated at checkout based on the item and your delivery location.
• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days; tracking is provided once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn and in original condition with all packaging and documentation; jewelry tags and watch protective stickers intact, links uncut.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. A restocking fee may apply on certain product types.
• Engraved, custom, and special-order pieces are final sale.
