Measuring at home

Wrap a strip of paper snugly around the base of the finger.
Mark where it overlaps and measure the length in millimetres.
Find that number in the chart — that is your circumference.

Measure at the end of the day when fingers are largest, and never when cold. A ring has to clear the knuckle — if the knuckle is much bigger than the base, size up.
