Step 1 of 1
Start Your Insurance Replacement
Send us what you have. A claim number helps but is not required — we can start from a photograph and an old appraisal. A specialist replies during store hours.
Your Details
Tell us about your claim
The more precisely you can describe the piece, the closer the replacement estimate will be. If you are unsure about a field, leave it — we will ask.
What Happens Next
What happens after you submit
-
We read it properly
A specialist — not a bot — reviews the details and works out what is missing.
-
We come back with questions
Usually by phone or text, whichever you picked. This is where the specification gets nailed down.
-
You get a free written estimate
Itemised and specification-level, written so your adjuster can act on it.
-
You decide
Take it to your insurer. There is no obligation to have the work done with us.
Before You Submit
Quick answers
What if I do not have a claim number yet?
Leave it blank. Many customers come to us before they file, because they need the estimate to open the claim.
What if I never had an appraisal?
Describe the piece as best you can and send any photographs you have. We reconstruct specifications from photos regularly.
Is this free?
Yes. The replacement estimate is free and there is no obligation.
What happens to my documents?
Anything you send us is reviewed privately by our team. It is not published on this site and it is not made publicly searchable.
